Winners of “Children Write Tales for Children” contest presented with sweets and books

The winners of the contest “Children Write Tales for Children” received sweets and books. The contest organized by the Center for Children’s Rights was opened on April 14 and lasted until May 20, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Center. Fourteen children and 19 tales took part in the contest. Five stories of the 19 were designated winning tales and the authors of the works were presented with a set of books and sweets worth 280 lei each. The most interesting stories are: ‘The Tale of Two Poor Children’ by Ina Creciun (15 years) from Chiscareni village, Sangerei district, ‘Bulgaras and Rourel’ by Fulguta Malic (9 years) from the Chisinau-based school Dante Aligheri, ‘Princess Swan’ by Daniela Lungu (12 years) from the Chisinau high school “Ion Creanga”, ‘Sabrina and the Giant Flower’ by Natalia Schidu (11 years) from the primary school of Calarasi town, and ‘The Brave Rabbit’ by Dumitru Gurduza (10 years) from Hanasenii Noi village, Leova district. The contest organizers were pleasantly surprised by the creativity of the children and handed over participation diplomas to all the participants. The Center for Children’s Rights is a nongovernmental organization that aims to protect the children and youth. Among the center’s beneficiaries are children and youth, specialists that work with the children, central and local public authorities that protect children’s rights, national and international organizations, etc.
