Wind causes power outages in Schinoasa Veche and Codru

Gusting wind left over 270 people on a number of streets in Chisinau's neighborhood of Schinoasa Veche and the suburban town of Codru without electricity, Info-Prim Neo learned from Vasile Gribincea, spokesperson for the utility Gas Natural Fenosa.
