BC ProCredit Bank has launched the campaign “What one should known about a bank”. This event is targeted not only at the clients of ProCredit, but at the clients of all the banks in general, said Ilinca Rosetti, the bank's manager general, quoted by Info-Prim Neo.
ProCredit Bank issued a brochure in 10,000 copies that provides answers to many of the questions that the clients put before entering a bank.
The next days, experts of BC ProCredit Bank will hold meetings at universities, financial-banking colleges and other places, where they will disseminate information about the rights and obligations of the parties that establish a financial-banking relation. Representatives of the National Bank will also take part in the meetings.
Ilinca Rosetti said this is not an advertising campaign. It is aimed at underlining the importance of transparency in the dialogue between the bank and the client.
In the conference held to launch the campaign, Dorin Dragutanu, the governor of the National Bank, said he approves of the bank's gesture and urged other banks to engage in the process of informing the clients.
