Valeri Klimenco recalled that municipal authorities decided to allocate a lot of land to the Congress of Russian communities for the construction of an educational and cultural center for children. According to the candidate, a PSRM activists, who is currently running for mayor of the capital, has declared that the construction of the educational center is illegal. Allegedly Ion Ceban stopped the construction. The city was deprived of a modern educational center for children and people saw the real face of the socialists, who declare themselves friends of Russia, Valeri Klimenco said.
