Water supplier announces short cut-offs due to repairs

“Apa Canal Chisinau” Company (ACC) announces short-term disruption of water supplies in some districts of the city due to planned repair works. Water supply disruption will start at 00:00, July 25, and will last till 6:00am, July 26. In Rascani district, tap water supply will be disrupted within the perimeter of the streets Florilor, Miron Costin, Nicolae Dimo, Alecu Russo, Branistii, Zimbrului, Saharov, Tudor Vladimirescu. In Centru district, water cut-offs will be operated within the perimeter of the streets Columna, Pushkin, Alexei Mateevici, Ismail. In Buiucani district, water supply will be disrupted on the following streets: Pushkin, Mateevici, Constantin Stere, Alexandrescu, Belinski, 27 March 1918, Tarinei, Eugen Coca, Ion Creanga, Mitropolit Dosoftei, Mihai Viteazul. In the respective period, ACC will clean 87 kilometres of water supply networks, operate repair works at 3 pumping stations, replace 36 check valves, and will sanitise sewerage networks. The water supplier apologises for the inconveniences and announces that water will be provided by tank cars during the disruptions.
