Water supplier announces cut-offs for the next week

The next week, some of the residents of the Centru and Rascani districts will have no tap water for a day. Temporary cut-offs will be operated by the water supplier due to planned repair works. According to a press release from the “Apa Canal Chisinau” Company (ACC), water supply disruptions will start at 00:00, June 27, and will last till 6:00am, June 28. In Centru district, the cut-offs will be operated within the perimeter of the streets: Ismail, Cantemir, Negruzzi, Ciuflea, Bucuresti, Lev Tolstoi, Fierarilor, Cocieri, Ion Inculet, Lomonosov, Korolenko, Asachi, Academiei, Drumul Viilor, Gurie Grosu, Timis, Anton Crihan, Vasile Alexandri, Alexei Matteevici. In Rascani district, tap water supply will be disrupted for the residents of the following apartment houses located on Ismail Street: no. 98, 98/2, 100, 100/2. In the respective period, ACC will clean 56 kilometres of water supply networks, operate repair works at 2 pumping stations, replace 21 check valves, and will sanitise sewerage networks.
