A citizen of Romania that was put on the international wanted list was arrested at the Chisinau – Airport border crossing point. The authorities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan issued an arrest warrant against the man in connection with cybercrimes, IPN reports.
The Border Police said the 34-year-old Romanian citizen, who was included in the Interpol database for committing cybercrimes on the territory of Jordan, was identified among the travelers who intended to enter Moldova today, September 8.
The man is held in the remand center of the Chisinau Police Division and is to be extradited to Jordan.
