A citizen of Uzbekistan aged 33, who was put on the wanted list, was arrested in Moldova. The man forms part of the banned international pan-Islamist and fundamentalist political organization “Hizb ut-Tahrir”, IPN reports, with reference to the Bureau for Migration and Asylum of the Ministry of the Interior, IPN reports.
The foreigner is wanted for offenses stipulated in the Penal Code of Uzbekistan. The materials collected in this case were transmitted to the Prosecutor General’s Office for initiating the extradition of the man.
