Update (1:30pm) The border crossing point Vulcanesti-Vinogradovka resumed work, the Border Police has said. The hovercraft border crossing points Ceadir Lunga – Maloearoslavets, Soroca-Tsekinovka and Cosauti-Iampoli remain closed due to the ice bridges that appeared on the Nistru River.
Update (8:30am) Because of the snowy roads in Ukraine, the border crossing point Vulcanesti-Vinogradovka was temporarily closed. The Border Police said it banks on the understanding of people and urges them to show a conscious attitude.

The hovercraft border crossing points Soroca-Tsekinovka and Cosauti-Iampoli stopped work on a temporary basis owing to the formation of ice bridges over the Nistru, IPN reports, with reference to a press release of the Border Police.
The border can be crossed through other points. The Otaci-Moghileov-Podolsk is the closest point. This is situated almost 50 km of the two closed border crossing points.
