The people can check to see if the electoral rolls were compiled correctly at polling places between May 24 and June 13, IPN reports, quoining a press release of the Central Election Commission. The online verification application is available at www.cec.md outside the electoral period too.
The voters can go to the electoral office of the polling place within their area of residence to ask to be included or removed from the list, to correct the mistakes made when writing data about themselves or other voters, based on confirming documents.
The Commission reiterates that the voter can be written on only one electoral roll and at only one polling place within the area of residence of this person, based on documents showing where the person lives. The domicile and place of residence is written on the electoral roll at the given polling place.
