The electors who want to vote at the place of stay in the November 1 presidential elections can declare their new place of stay until October 1 inclusive, IPN reports.
The Central Election Commission said that to be able to vote at another polling station than the local one, according to the valid place of residence or domicile, the voters should submit a statement of stay and the identification papers in the original plus copies of these in person to the local public authorities of the locality where they intend to vote.
The given procedure enables the elector to be put on the electoral rolls of the polling station at the declared place and can vote at the given polling station.
The statements submitted in the previous elections are no longer valid.
At the start of September, the electors on the State Register of Voters totaled 3 290 312.
