According to a communiqué of the Commission, applications can start to be filed in written form two weeks before the election day and are accepted by 6pm of the day preceding the election day, which is November 29. The application is written by the person who will vote, but can be submitted to the electoral bureau by the social worker or relatives.

On the election day, written applications can be filed until 3pm if a medical certificate is also presented.

Only the persons with visual impairments can make requests to be allowed to vote at the place where they are verbally as well.
