The voters can request to be provided with a voting certificate. This is issued by the electoral bureau of the polling station that corresponds to the valid domicile or residence until October 31 inclusive, IPN reports.

The Central Election Commission said such a certificate is needed by persons who will not be in the locality where they have the valid domicile or residence on the election day. The certificate enables the persons to vote at any other polling station on the country’s territory, based on an additional voter roll.

The voting certificate is issued on the presentation of identification papers showing where the person has the domicile or residence.
