Applications concerning voting at the place of stay can be submitted during October 15 – 29. Under the electoral legislation, the voters who, for health or other well-founded reasons, cannot come to the polling place can ask for a mobile ballot box from the polling place, IPN reports.
The Central Election Commission said the applications are submitted in written form within two weeks of the election day and up to 6pm of the day before the election day. On the election day, applications can be filed in written form by 3pm if a medical certificate is presented. Only the persons with disabilities can request to be allowed to vote at the place of stay, including in verbal form.
The mentioned persons vote according to the list of voters compiled by the electoral office of the polling place for voting at the place of stay based on the submitted application.
