Voter turnout overcomes validation threshold

Voters in Basarabeasca district remain to be the mots active, with a turnout of 59.19%. Other high rates are in Donduseni, 52%, and Soldanesti, 49.31%. The voter turnout in the Gagauz Autonomy was 36.73%. In Chisinau municipality 216, 539 6 voters, or 34.61% showed up at the polling stations and in Balti 41,556 voters, 38.48%. The voter turnout in previous elections at 15:00 stood at 40.9% on 29 July 2009 and 43% on 5 April 2009.
