The “voted” stamp disappeared from the poling place No. 20 set up in Dubasarii Vechi village of Criuleni district at about 18.00, the Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections – Coalition 2009 has said. The members of the electoral office of the polling station prepared a report on the disappearance of the stamp, which has not yet been found, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from Coalition 2009. Two persons from the polling place No. 3 in Causeni district were included in additional lists and voted there, though they did not prove that they live or have the domicile in the area of the given polling place. Also, the observers have identified persons that continued to campaign in favor of political parties. A representative of the PCRM near the polling place No.4 in Causeni urged the voters to choose the election runner under No. 5 (the PCRM) in ballots. The election posters of the Communist Party were present on all the lamp posts from the street going to the polling place in Cimiseni district of Criuleni district. In Gratiesti village of the municipality of Chisinau, a car was traveling through the village, urging the young persons to vote for the PL, the communiqué says. “The names of a number of voters in Cornesti village of Ungheni district could not be found in the election registers. A queue of persons formed at the polling place No. 13 as they wanted to vote under additional lists. This made many voters return home and they did not exercise their right to vote. The electoral lists of the polling stations No. 1 and 8 in Cimislia included dead persons,” the communiqué says. Coalition 2009 identified the violations between 15.00 and 20.00. Coalition 2009 is a benevolent union of nongovernmental organizations that aims to contribute to free, fair, transparent and democratic legislative elections in Moldova. It now has over 70 members.
