The chairwoman of the Heart of Moldova Party Irina Vlah calls on the leaders of three other political parties – Igor Dodon of the PSRM, Ion Ceban of the MAN and Renato Usatyi of the PPPN – to sign a pact by which they would undertake not to form a coalition with the Party of Action and Solidarity in the future Parliament, IPN reports.
In a briefing, Irina Vlah said that during the discussions she held in districts, the people complained about the increases in gas and electricity charges and in the prices of various products. According to Vlah, the majority believes that the ruling party is to blame for these increases.
"The people want this regime to leave as soon as possible. They ask for guarantees from the other parties with chances to enter the future Parliament that they will not form a coalition with the Party of Action and Solidarity under any circumstances," said the politician.
In this connection, said Irina Vlah, the Heart of Moldova Party decided to urge the parties that have chances to enter the future Parliament – the Party of Socialists, the National Alternative Movement and Our Party - to sign a pact. “It is a pact on the commitment not to form a governing coalition with the Party of Action and Solidarity."
Irina Vlah read the pact and signed it during the briefing, noting that it will be sent to the three parties. "We are open to possible changes to the text provided that the basic idea remains intact. We hope that our initiative will be treated with maximum responsibility and political maturity and thus we will take an important step to save the Republic of Moldova from the most odious regime in its history – the regime established by Maia Sandu and the PAS," said the politician.
