“Any adopted law should be implemented. Any law remains a useless paper if those who are responsible for the implementation of the documents do not ensure this process,” said the ex-President of Moldova Vladimir Voronin, who noted that the laws adopted by the MPs of the Party of Socialists, the Shor Party and the platform For Moldova have no significance, IPN reports.

The leader of the Party of Communists wondered why Igor Dodon, during his four-year term as President, didn’t make use of the available instruments to ensure that the Russian channels are reintroduced in the list of TV channels accessible to Moldova.

“Had this to be done the last night? These TV channels were made presents to him and through them he promoted himself before the voters, the citizens and became President. He also obtained a majority of seats in Parliament and now uses the Socialist MPs against the newly elected President. He used those Russian channels that the citizens watch and believe in them,” Vladimir Voronin stated in the program “Friday with Anatolie Golea” on RTR Moldova channel.

The Communist leader also said that the controversial laws adopted by the Socialists in a hurry and other documents to this effect were used in the election campaigns of the PSRM and when Igor Dodon ran for President in 2016.

On December 16, the MPs of the Party of Socialists, the Shor Party and the platform For Moldova adopted a number of laws that were criticized by the opposition, representatives of diplomatic missions and civil society. The parliamentary session was ended close to midnight.
