Vlad Filat to appear before European Parliament

Prime Minister Vlad Filat will travel to Brussels on June 9 to take part in the hearing on Moldova together with other colleagues from the Liberal Democratic Party. The hearing is organized by the European People's Party Group in the European Parliament, Info-Prim Neo reports. In the Public Life program on Radio Moldova last weekend, Vlad Filat said that while in Brussels he will meet with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton, European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule and other European officials, with whom he will discuss the sociopolitical situation in Moldova. On June 11, the Premier will go to Luxemburg. The talks on the liberalization of the visa regime with the EU start on June 15.
