“We approve of Russia's readiness to provide a $500 million loan to Moldova, but we want to know in what conditions it will be released,” the Premier elect Vlad Filat said after the meeting with the head of the Russian Government Apparatus Sergey Naryshkin on Thursday afternoon, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vlad Filat said that he raised this subject at the meeting, but the Russian official did not go into details. “He said they are ready to grant it, but the only problem is that we do not know in what conditions. We will obtain details in the near future and take a decision. The readiness is important, but the conditions are as important,” Filat said. Vlad Filat also said that he asked Sergey Naryshkin to transmit a message about the government program of the future executive to the Russian administration. “We took stock of the economic and other problems and discussed the Transnistrian dispute and the withdrawal of the 14th army. I think I have been understood and I can say the meeting was meaningful. I think such meetings should be held regularly,” Filat said. The Russian official did not talk to the reporters. The head of the Russian Government Apparatus Sergey Naryshki heads the Russian delegation of scientists that is participating in the fourth CIS Intellectuality Forum held in Chisinau between September 24 and 25.
