The Republic of Moldova no longer needs government coalitions because this will lead to the disappearance of the state. One party should come to power and should assume responsibilities and answer before the people for its acts, Socialist MP Vlad Batrîncea, executive secretary of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova (PSRM), was quoted by IPN as saying on NTV Moldova channel.
The MP stated the Socialists are best prepared for the election campaign because the PSRM took no break in its activity. “We are ready to take part in elections tomorrow already,” said Vlad Batrîncea, noting the PSRM by this time identified by a potential candidate in all the single-member constituencies.
He also said that after the meetings staged by the Socialists all over the country, they reached the conclusion that February 24 is the last chance of changing something in the country. “With our colleagues, the supporters, we reached the conclusion that it is the last struggle and we are very decided to win it,” stated the MP.
According to Vlad Batrîncea, one party with a vision should now rule the country, after nine years of decadence. But this party should have complete power and should answer people’s questions. “Moldova no longer has a chance by different coalitions and majorities. This will simply lead to the disappearance of our republic as a state,” said the Socialist MP.
