Viorica Cosmetic purchased by Daac Hermes Group

The new owner of the 95.8% stock package at “Viorica-Cosmetic” JSC is the company “Daac Hermes Group”. The 1.7 million stocks, with a nominal per unit value of 11 lei, were sold on Tuesday, June 26, on the Stock Market at 30 lei per stock; the total sum to be paid is 51 million lei, reports Info-Prim Neo. Several publications wrote, quoting the Chair of “Daac Hermes Group” Administration Board Vasile Chirtoaca, that the enterprise will maintain its core activity. The next three years will bring major investments for the improvement of the factory, by attracting foreign partnerships. Vasile Chirtoaca emphasized that even though local sales will be rigorously monitored, the focus will be set on exports.
