The coach of the Romanian soccer team FC Vaslui showed himself ravished at the training facility of Chisinau's Zimbru, saying it matches the UEFA and FIFA international standards, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The Vaslui coach assisted last Sunday the friendly match of FC Vaslui and Zimbru, although he has had some health problems lately. “I'm for the first time in a country of the former Soviet bloc and, to our shame, we have to acknowledge there are not too many sportive facilities like this one in Romania.”
Viorel Hizo says he is disappointed at the same time for not having watched the match between Romania and France from the World Cup 2010 qualifiers because the TV station having broadcast the match cannot be seen in Moldova. “I'm sorry for not having watched the last match of our national team. I saw only some news on a channel in Russian and could not figure out anything,” the official complained.
When asked earlier about his availability to train a club from Moldova, Hizo said he was too old for such a change. “It's too far from home and I have some health problems. I'm 61 and want to stay with my family more,” he said .
