Village Hulboaca requires financial assistance of Chisinau mayoralty

Repairing the roof of the school of the village Hulboaca and installing 100 windows was estimated by local mayoralty to 1 million lei. There also have to be repaired in Hulboaca the roof of the kindergarten, work costing about 200,000 lei, according to local public authorities. The mayor of the village Gratiesti, in which is included Hulboaca, Valentina Patras, said that in this case it is need financial assistance on behalf of Chisinau mayoralty, as the local administration cannot afford to cover all costs, and works were postponed for many years because of money lack. Repairing works of 300,000 lei need other 2 schools of Gratiesti. The mayor qualified the situation of local roads during the meeting of Chisinau mayoralty, as „exceptional”. This is one of the localities that suffered more as result of natural disasters of last year. Inhabitants tried to rehabilitate them sometimes with their own forces, but the situation is critical, Patras mentioned. Only 2 roads are good in Gratiesti, including one were circulates the public transport and is managed by general public transport and communication department. The mayor mentioned that she presented enough proofs to Chisinau mayoralty, as well to the government, after floods of last year, municipal and central authorities did not allot financial assistance to the village in order to repair the roads. Valentina Patras reiterated within the same meeting that localities within the composition of the municipality Chisinau should be assisted financially depending on the contribution that mayors have in implementing projects in the village of other sources that public ones. Valentina Patras pointed many projects organised in the village together with businessmen and non-governmental organisation, including construction of a health centre, opening of an internet room, a cabinet for psychological-social assistance, veterinary service. Those 35 suburbs included in the composition of the municipality Chisinau are represented by 18 mayoralties.
