The Ministry of Health on June 26 launched the Viber service intended for communication with the people. Anyone can send messages, pictures, recordings and videos through the Viber number 067 72 10 10, not yet to make calls, IPN reports.
The service will work from Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. The texts, recordings and videos will be received by a specialist of the Ministry of Health. The reported problems will be remitted to the heads of the Ministry’s divisions for examination. Afterward, the specialist responsible for communication through the Viber service will send answers.
Texts and attachments can be sent after 5pm and on the weekend. These will be dealt with by a specialist during the working hours. To be able to transmit the messages on 067 72 10 10, one should have the Viber application installed on the cell phone or a computer connected to the Internet. The service will work in parallel with the green line of the Ministry of Health (022) 72 10 10 or 0800 71010.
