Verdicts’ application to be done more operatively and qualitatively

The parliament approved on Thursday, June 8, in first reading the bill on forced execution system, that according to authors, will stimulate the operative and qualitative execution of verdicts and will diminish the number of non-applied decisions.
The draft bill is composed of 8 chapters and 34 articles, setting the structure of the execution system, the statute of the court’s officer, his rights and duties, conditions of material and financial insuring of the execution system, etc.
According to Nicolae Esanu, deputy minister of justice, approving the bill will contribute to instituting a well-shaped mechanism with efficient implementation, giving this way the possibility to bodies of the execution system to fulfill successfully their duties, and also to reduce significantly the number of documents.
At the same meeting, the parliament approved the creation of the National Institute of Justice, which will implement the appointment of candidates as judges and prosecutors, vocational training of judges and prosecutors, as well as other persons contributing to implementing laws.
