Traffic around Chisinau’s Great National Assembly Square will be temporarily restricted for vehicles on Wednesday (10:00-12:00) and Friday (13:00-15:00) due to rehearsals for Independence Day festivities.
The Chisinau City Hall announces that during the rehearsals, public transport traffic – including trolleybuses, buses and minibuses - will be detoured to the streets nearby.
On Independence Day, vehicle traffic will also be restricted on Ştefan cel Mare Boulevard, along the Great National Assembly Square, from August 26, 20:00, and until August 27, 24:00.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and pay attention to the detour signage.
