A coalition of the left was formed in Moldova to hamper the protests against the government, one of the leaders of the platform "Dignity and Truth" Valentin Dolganiuc said in the talk show "Place for dialogue" on Radio Moldova station, IPN reports.
"There is Moscow behind Dodon and there is Plahotniuc behind Usatyi. Their goal is to disperse the protest. Plahotniuc resorted to the reserve variant, which is the most dangerous one - to unite and use the parties of the left. The current strategy is to remove Filat from the game and Ghimpu from the government," stated Dolganiuc.
He noted that Moldova has features typical of a Soviet state. "The Republic of Moldova became the clone of a Soviet state, where the people work to keep corrupt politicians in power. When the rulers work for the people, we will be able to say that we have a democratic state," said Dolganiuc.
The leaders of the Party of Socialists and "Our Party", which put up tents in front of the Parliament Building and protest against the government, called on the leaders of the Platform "Dignity and Truth" to make a common 'front'. The Platform's representatives refused and the square before the Parliament Building is thus disputed in court as the place of a protest. A judgement as to the possibility of protetsing there on September 27 is to be passed on September 26 .
