Moldovagaz president Vadim Ceban says the company has fully repaid its debt owed to the state enterprise Energocom, transferring 79.8 million lei in this respect.
“Today, Moldovagaz reimbursed Energocom 79.8 million lei, the interest stipulated in the loan agreement. Thus, the company has fully fulfilled its loan repayment obligations, an agreement reached in October last year”, said Ceban.
From January to March, Energocom sold 275 million cubic meters of gas to Moldovagaz at a weighted average price of $1,095 per a thousand cubic meters, excluding VAT. Energocom was empowered by the Commission for Exceptional Situations to stockpile gas and subsequently sell it to Moldovagaz.
