Vadim Brînzaniuc: I voted for a city in which one would be proud of living

The candidate of the European Social Democrat Party for mayor general of the municipality of Chisinau Vadim Brînzaniuc cast his ballot. He said that he voted for a city in which the people would be proud of living, IPN reports.

“I voted for another method of management, for a city with rehabilitated blocks, for a city with fluid traffic, for a city in which one would be proud of living, working and loving,” Vadim Brînzaniuc told journalists.

The candidate’s wife Ala Brînzaniuc said that he voted for a change, for a modern and beautiful city, of the future.

Today, the voting-age citizens are to elect 898 mayors and 11,058 local councilors of the first and second levels. As many as 2 758 810 electors are expected to vote in the current general local elections.
