US-Moldova relationship has advanced during current government, Ambassador Chaudhry

The relationship between the United States and Moldova is a lasting relationship which was established after Moldova's proclamation of independence, yet during the term of the current government the bilateral relations have advanced, US Ambassador to Moldova Asif Chaudhry told Radio Moldova, commenting on Vice President Joe Biden's recent visit to Chisinau. According to the ambassador, Joe Biden was impressed by Moldova, expressing his wish to visit our country again. Asif Chaudhry said the United States would further support Moldova on its path toward democracy and prosperity, but the Moldovans should understand that this journey would not always be easy.
