Unidentified person dies in fire on Friday

An unidentified person lost its life in a fire on August 11 in Sangerei town. According to the Firemen Service of the Department for Exceptional Situations, the fire happened in the house of Stefan Cucereavyi. The victim’s completely burnt body was found in the shed of the house. The owner declared that he does not know any details about the identity of the dead person or about the causes of the fire. The case is investigated by police. In Soroca town, the roof of an abandoned house has partially burnt. The damages are estimated at MDL 2 thousand. Over the past 24 hours just one fire was registered in Chisinau municipality. A booth on Ginta Latina Street has burnt down. The inspectors are examining the spot in order to find out the cause of the fire and the damages. According to statistics of the Department of Exceptional Situations, over 200 fires with 6 fatalities were registered in Moldova in July.
