Unidentified people cut 72 trees in Chisinau

Prosecutors investigate a case of illegally cutting trees near Nicolae Balcescu high school from Ciorescu village of Chisinau. The General Prosecutor's Office is quoted by Info-Prim Neo as announcing that the damages brought about by cutting 72 trees are assessed at 127,000 lei. The fine for such an offense is from 10 to 20 thousand lei for natural entities and from 20 to 60 thousand for legal entities or courts may condemn the guilty to work for the community from 180 to 240 hours, or to stay in prison from 4 to 7 years.
