A 20-year-old man has reached the hospital with chemical burns on his face and eyes, after altercations. The incident occurred last night at about 23.00 on St. Andrei str. in Chisinau. The man has told the doctors he was aggressed by unknown people who sprayed a substance into his eyes, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Ambulance Service.
According to the coordinating doctor, Eufalia Negreata, 7 people died because of different causes on Monday in Chisinau. A 52-year-old man was found dead at his domicile.
A 44-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man, both chronic alcoholics, died of pneumonia and heart insufficiency. Three people died of cancer and a woman had a heart stroke.
Two women aged 55 and 69 suffered heart strokes being taken to the hospital.
An 11-year-old girl was hit by an Ikarus running on route 23. The accident happened on Dacia ave. The girl was severely traumatized and is now in the hospital.
A 44-year-old man reached the hospital with a broken leg after an car crash on Muncesti str.
The last day and night the Ambulace doctors recorded 700 calls.
