Undeclared goods from Transnistria worth 1m lei

Officers of the Customs Service stopped a truck with undeclared goods to the value of 1 million lei that was coming from the Transnistrian region along the Criuleni-Chisinau road. The truck conveyed bed linen, textiles, covers, socks and other goods, Info-Prim Neo reports. When the officers checked the documents issued 17 days ago, they doubted their legality and decided to take the unit of transport to the internal customs post No.7 “Stauceni" for inspection. The Customs Service opened in internal inquiry to establish how the truck passed through the Criuleni customs post of the Centru customs office.
