Observers at polling stations in Estonia and Italy reported that people with phones mounted on tripods at the entrance to polling stations in Estonia and Italy are filming all the voters entering and leaving the polls, IPN News Agency reports.

In Bologna, an unidentified young woman placed a phone on a chair, thus filming all the voters who come to exercise their right to vote.

IPN’s interlocutors at polling stations said that the filming people were instructed to broadcast between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The instructions issued to them also contain details such as "how to create a Telegram channel, how to send video to the coordinator, how to set the phone", etc.

The Promo-LEX Observation Mission for the presidential election and the constitutional referendum of October 20, 2024 noted that by 9:00 a.m., the central team had processed 141 incidents and the current press release includes 109 confirmed incidents of these.
