The UN General Assembly on June 22 will examine the draft resolution proposed by the Republic of Moldova. This is entitled “Complete and unconditional withdrawal of the foreign military forces from the territory of the Republic of Moldova”. The document will be presented to the international community by Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova Tudor Ulianovschi, IPN reports.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the UN meeting that will debate Moldova’s resolution starts at 5:00pm – 5:30pm, Moldova’s time, and can be watched on http://webtv.un.org.
The Moldovan authorities said the resolution “Complete and unconditional withdrawal of the foreign military forces from the territory of the Republic of Moldova” is a diplomatic novelty for Moldova. The Ministry will inform civil society and the media about the debate results by a press release.
