The first leg of the last UEFA Cup qualification round took place on Thursday, bringing about quite balanced results, except for the landslide victories scored by Ajax Amsterdam, Sporting Braga and Sampdoria, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Unlike their more experienced Romanian counterparts – Rapid Bucuresti and Dinamo Bucuresti, which were both defeated by one goal – newcomer Unirea Urziceni and less experienced FC Vaslui managed to keep the score tied at nil against SV Hamburger and Sparta Praha, respectively.
