A man aged 27 and a 32-year-old woman died in a car accident on the M-1 Chisinau-Dubasari road. According to the police, the driver lost control of the car and crashed this into a tree, IPN reports.
The General Police Inspectorate said the driver and the passenger died on the spot, before an ambulance arrived.
An investigation is under way to establish all the circumstances of the accident.
