Two-year-old chokes to death on pill

A boy aged two died after he choked on a pill. The child’s family is from Rezina district, but the tragedy happened in Parcani village of Soldanesti district, where his grandparents live. Vladimir Bagrin, chief doctor of the Soldanesti Emergency Hospital, has told Info-Prim Neo that the incident occurred on April 18. The ambulance was called by a nurse of the local medical unit, where the mother brought the child who was already dead, according to doctors. The ambulance doctors only stated his death. Employees of the local mayor’s office said the boy’s mother is from Rezina district. She came to her parents-in-law on a visit on Easter. The woman has two more children – one aged four and a newborn baby.
