A man and a woman died, on Tuesday, in the capital, being hit by Mercedes microbuses.
Inspector of the Traffic Security Service of the Chisinau Road Police, Ion Roscovanu, told Info-Prim Neo that both accidents produced in the evening.
The man, aged 53, was deadly hit by a minibus Mercedes-412 on Calea Iesilor str. The accident took place at 17.45.
About an hour later, at 19.00, on Hancesti blvd, an unidentified woman, of about 45, had been deadly injured by a Mercedes-208 minibus. The police request help for identifying the woman, who had 1.55 m height, light-brown hair, wore a knitted cap colored white and blue, black jacket, red sweater, grey trousers and shoes “Floare”. Those who can offer information concerning the identity of the women are asked to call on 27-25-01, 88-92-19 or 902.
On the pedestrian crossing in front of the Green-Hills store, situated on Cantemir blvd a young woman, aged 22, was hit by a VAZ-21013, and suffered a mental shock and injuries to her shoulder.
A man, 57, fractured his haunch and thighbone being injured by a Fiat-Ducato, driven by a young man, aged 20, on the Decebal blvd.
Another man, 37, was injured on Albisoara str. The man, inhabitant of Ghidighici, was hospitalized with a fracture of the left femur.
On Tuesday, other 18 road accidents, which didn’t produce victims, were registered in Chisinau. 510 official reports have been initiated on cases of traffic rules breaking.
