A 61-year-old man and a boy aged 14 were struck by a minibus driven by a man suffering from mental disorders in the center of Hancesti town. The man did not have a diver's license. Dana Andronic, PR specialist of the Traffic Police Division, has told Info-Prim Neo that the minibus was going backward and hit the two pedestrians. Both of them were taken to the district hospital. The police are investigating the case. A woman aged 83 suffered serious traumas when she was struck by the minibus of which she got out in Ocolina village of Soroca district. A minor riding a bicycle was hit by a minibus at an intersection in the municipality of Balti. He sustained multiple bodily injuries. Eighteen persons were hurt in 13 accidents on the national roads yesterday and last night. The traffic police fined 13 drunk drivers, 61 persons traveling unbuckled and 79 speeding drivers.
