Two pedestrians, driver killed in traffic accidents

Three persons were killed and six injured in accidents that happened on the national roads on November 10, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Dana Andronic,spokeswoman for the Traffic Police Division, speeding was the cause of most of these accidents. A motorcycle driven by a 20-year-old man from Criuleni town struck a pedestrian, who died at the place of the accident. According to the police, the motorcycle had the lights off so that the driver did not see the pedestrian and could not avoid the collision. A car driven by a man aged 20 skidded and went into a tree not far from Sarata-Veche village, Falesti. The driver died in the district hospital shortly. A pedestrian of 65 from Tantareni village of Anenii-Noi district was killed in a hit-and-run accident. A 12-year-old boy went into a coma after he crashed his scooter into a Mercedes-Sprinter minibus in Gotesti village, Cantemir. A man aged 22 and a girl aged 20 were admitted to the reanimatology section of the Emergency Hospital with serious injuries that they received in a motorcycle accident on Alba Iulia St in Chisinau. According to the Traffic Police, six persons injured in traffic accidents this month died later in the hospital.
