The Central Election Commission on January 30 validated the seats of two councilors of the Chisinau Municipal Council. These were substitute candidates on the list of the Electoral Bloc “European People’s Platform of Moldova – Iurie Leanca”.
The new councilors are Valentina Tapes, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment, and economist Viorel Chivriga, IPN reports.
These will replace Oazu Nantoi and Victor Lutenco on the Chisinau Municipal Council.
