Two employees of the Chisinau-based Kindergarten No. 185 resigned after an audio of how they morally aggressed children was disseminated online, Veronica Solomitski, head of the Education, Youth and Sport Division of Buiucani district, stated in the talk show “Issue of the day” on Canal 2 channel, IPN reports.

Veronica Solomitski said the two women, an educator and her assistant, whose voices are heard in the audio recording, tendered their resignations of their own free will. But this does not mean they will not be held accountable. “After this case, parents started to come and tell about similar situations of aggression against their child,” stated the functionary.

Psychologist Angela Nicolau said that if a child does not want to go to the kindergarten, is afraid or uses rude words that haven’t been heard before, this should be a signal of alarm for the parents. The consequences of aggression against a child can be very serious. “The child can develop phobias and fears. The effects can be felt after years,” she stated.

The psychologist noted that given the large number of children of whom an educator takes care, the level of stress in this profession is very high. The persons who work with children should take a special test before being employed as they should have special training and know the particularities of age.

A mother whose child attends Kindergarten No. 185 in Buiucani district published an audio where it is heard how employees of the kindergarten shouted at and insulted and even hit children.
