President Nicolae Timofti on June 4 received the credentials of Ambassador of Columbia to Moldova, with residence in Warsaw, Victoria Gonzalez-Ariza, and of Ambassador of Georgia to Moldova Merab Antadze, IPN has learned from the presidential press service.
The head of state discussed methods of developing the bilateral political, economic and cultural relations with the accredited ambassadors and informed them about the reforms done by the Moldovan authorities.
Nicolae Timofti and Merab Antadze shared the opinion that the European integration process taking place in the two states is decisive for strengthening the democratic institutions and for improving the living standard of the people.
