The police found two underage children at a bus terminal in Chisinau and took them to the hospital for examination. It was later established that the two – a bother and a sister aged 13 and 11- escaped from the boarding school based in Ciniseuti, Rezina. The children jumped down from the second floor of the boarding school. The girl suffered a femur fracture and injury to the internal organs, while the boy – a sole fracture, spokesman for the National Emergency Medicine Center Petru Cravet has told Info-Prim Neo. After they were consulted by doctors of the Center, the children were taken by an ambulance to the municipal hospital “Valentin Ignatenko”. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the head of the Ciniseuti boarding school for children with psycho-neurological diseases Ion Corovai said the boy and girl were admitted to the school last November. The children are from a socially deprived family living in Bulboaca, Anenii Noi. During the winter holidays, the two had stayed at home and were recently brought back. Most probably the children planned the escape beforehand as they earlier also tried to run away, said Ion Corovai. The school’s doctors were told that the children feel fine and will be soon discharged.
