Two schools in Bender town will be closed in a move to optimize the education process, as announced by the Transnistrian administration. The institutions will be reopened when there are sufficient children to create classes of 25-26 students, IPN reports.

According to “Novostipmr” Agency, the Transnistrian administration plans to close school No. 10 and school No. 1 of Bender. In school No. 10, the number of students in classes does not exceed 16. School No. 11 is situated nearby and the children from school No. 10 can be transferred to it.

School No. 1 is to be merged with school No. 15 that is located not far from it. The administration of the region said all the classes studying in Romanian will be kept.
