Seven doctoral students in 2019 will receive the Government’s Excellence Scholarship of 2,500 lei, while five doctoral students will get the Nominal Scholarship of 2,000 lei, IPN reports, quoting a Government decision.
The scholarships are annually allotted to students who study full time for their doctorate in different areas and have special academic results.
The current edition of the contest involved 23 applicants from nine universities. These were assessed by five groups of experts selected by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, according to the scientific area and the doctoral programs presented by the contenders.
