As from December 1, trolleybus route No. 31 “Chisinau - Sângera” will be substituted with bus route No. 18 “Chisinau - Sângera”, IPN reports.
The Chisinau City Hall said the measure was taken in order to exclude the overlapping of the trolleybus and bus routes.
The trolleybuses running on route No. 31 will join the trolleybuses running on routes No. 16 and 35 where the passenger flow has grown.
